Maybe I am a little late to the party but has the ITT course been announced for the 2008 Elite ITT Nationals in Orange County?

Not as far as I can tell. I am very disappointed with USAC this year. Registration for Nationals is now open and we still don't have any course information, no website... nothing. AND What is up with the prices?? 85 USD (plus a 5USD service charge) PER EVENT?! 270$$ just to compete at Nationals? Can someone please tell me where all of my money is going?
